Most orders are shipped out in 2-3 business days. Should an item go out of stock, you will be contacted for replacement or refund options. All tracking numbers will be included in the shipping confirmation email you receive at the time of package being shipped out.

At this time, we cannot accept returns, however we will always strive to ensure your satisfaction.

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, we will happily refund or replace the item as quickly as possible. If you have an issue, please contact us for help. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
